The book Little Kids, Big Worries: Stress-Busting Tips for Early Childhood Classrooms by Alice S. Honig is a great book for teachers to read to learn more about childhood stress and how to recognize it in their own class. It gives great “stress-busting tips” or stress relieving techniques for teachers to do with their students.
